Opening a new business in Buffalo, but not new to Buffalo (born and raised here) or to business! Owner, Mariel Novacek, is here to share her passion and her expertise - wanting to make us all be more active without feeling more pain. Sign me up!
Mariel has been a physical therapist for 7 years and it's been her dream to open her own practice since in school. She finally made that happen here, inside the walls of the Hotova Fitness Building. What great synergy being able to treat people who may have issues from working out, but she is here to help everyone.
Each patient will have one on one, hour long, evidence based, individualized attention! Her goal is to find the root cause of musculoskeletal issues while using techniques to relieve painful symptoms. She will provide corrective exercises that will help you be more active longer!
