City of Hanover issued the following announcement on March 17
Good Morning! Staff is working at City Hall and this is the new way to drop off items at City Hall! At this time, battery collection and other drop off collections have been suspended.
Call ahead or use the phone numbers posted on the door when you drop something off. Need to pick something up? Again, call ahead to make arrangements. City Hall's main line is 763-497-3777.
