On July 12, 2025, Emmer highlighted his attendance at a local event by posting: "It was great to be at @CarverCountyGOP’s Rib, White, and Blue event today. #MN06 is home to some of the best Patriots (and BBQ) in the state!"
The following day, July 13, 2025, Emmer reflected on an incident involving former President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania: "God saved President @realDonaldTrump in Butler, Pennsylvania one year ago today so he could save our country. President Trump will always FIGHT for us, the American people."

Tom Emmer was born in South Bend, Indiana in 1961 and currently resides in Delano. He graduated from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks with a BA in 1984 and earned his JD from William Mitchell College of Law in 1988.
