On July 7, 2025, Lucero expressed gratitude for the opportunity to testify before the Student Senate in support of pro-Second Amendment legislation. He also highlighted his participation in welcoming new residents to the community by signing 248 letters for households that moved there in May. "It was a high honor being invited to the Student Senate Monday to testify in favor of pro-2A legislation, then sign 248 new resident letters for households who moved to our great community in May!"

The following day, July 8, Lucero shared an observation of a natural phenomenon over Saint Michael. He described witnessing a double rainbow as a symbolic reminder of divine promises. "BEAUTIFUL DOUBLE RAINBOW OVER SAINT MICHAEL The Lord placed His bow in the sky as a token, a reminder for us of the promise He gave."

Later on July 8, Lucero commented on changes affecting religious institutions' involvement in politics. He noted that churches and similar organizations are now able to endorse political candidates who align with certain moral values and oppose issues such as abortion and gender identity topics. "BOOM!! Churches and other religious institutions can now endorse political candidates who support morality and values to end abortion, stop gender confusion, and other wickedness."
