Tom Emmer, a U.S. Congressman representing Minnesota's 6th district since 2015, recently expressed his views on various political matters through social media. Emmer was born in South Bend, Indiana in 1961 and currently resides in Delano. He graduated from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks with a BA in 1984 and later earned a JD from William Mitchell College of Law in 1988.
