City Of Hanover issued the following announcement on Dec. 14.
I know everyone wants the ice rinks.... Mother Nature needs to cooperate! With the lack of snow and cold temperatures, Public Works cannot get a base created for the rinks to start the flooding process.
As soon as they are able, they will create the rinks at Cardinal Circle Park, Mallard Park and the Hanover Athletic Association. You may see them out doing some preliminary work.
