Eric Lucero, a Minnesota state legislator, recently shared updates on his participation in community events and expressed criticism of Democratic approaches to religious liberty through a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter).

On September 6, 2025, Lucero wrote about his engagement with a local group focused on faith and civic involvement: "It was a humble honor being invited to visit with a local community group Saturday afternoon focused on Biblical Citizenship and turning Minnesota around!"

In another post dated September 7, 2025, Lucero criticized Democratic lawmakers for their stance on issues related to religion and prayer. He stated: "Democrats on local and national levels continue to mock prayer, dismiss God-given Natural Rights, undermine religious liberty, and discriminate against people of faith. Why?"

Lucero also attended an event supporting Second Amendment rights. On September 9, 2025, he posted: "Full house and fantastic evening Monday in Albertville with Second Amendment defenders at the Crow River Sportsman's Club annual dinner !!"

Eric Lucero serves as a Republican member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. He has been active in legislative debates concerning religious freedom and gun rights. The Crow River Sportsman's Club is known locally for hosting events that promote hunting safety and support for the Second Amendment.
