Walter Hudson, a Minnesota state representative, posted several statements on his social media account on September 1, 2025. The tweets addressed topics ranging from the nature of misinformation to responses to perceived threats and incitement.

In his first post at 18:09 UTC, Hudson commented on the definition of misleading information by stating, "Fake news is primarily redacted context."

Shortly after, at 18:14 UTC, he responded to an unspecified situation with uncertainty and suggested a course of action. He wrote, "I don't know.

I think the best thing you could do to reveal the stupidity of folly of such an effort is to let them land and experience the peace and diversity in all its glory."

Later that day at 18:58 UTC, Hudson reacted strongly to another online post or event by labeling it as dangerous rhetoric. He stated, "Very thinly veiled incitement of terrorist violence.

Authoritaries must take action now."

Walter Hudson serves as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. His public commentary often addresses issues related to free speech and media responsibility.
