Sophie Juntunen, former St. Michael-Albertville Senior High School standout, played on Wednesday, March 26 in NCAA Division II softball game

On Wednesday, March 26, former St. Michael-Albertville Senior High School standout Sophie Juntunen’s current college team, the Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles, lost 8-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the St. Cloud State Huskies.

The game took place at Husky Dome. This was their second matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at Sanford Diamonds against Sioux Falls Cougars.
