2.4% of Wright County residents considered unemployed in 2021

Wright County recorded an unemployment rate of 2.4% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 1,864 people out of the 139,890 living in Wright County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Wright County has decreased compared to the 2.7% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Wright County was less than the statewide unemployment rate of 4%.

Of the 75,055 people who had a job during that time, 32 were employed in the Armed Forces and 75,023 belonged to the civilian labor force.
