City Of Monticello issued the following announcement on Oct 21.
It arrived earlier than usual, but we knew the snow would be coming soon. As it accumulates, please be snowplow safe. Stay home if you can, but if you have to go out be sure to slow down, turn on your headlights, and give the plows plenty of room to work.
