City of Buffalo issued the following announcement on April 9.
The City of Buffalo Water Department will be flushing hydrants Monday April 20, 2020 through Tuesday, April 28, 2020. Hydrants flushing is done in the spring and fall to ensure that hydrants are in working order for fire protection and to remove mineral deposits that may accumulate in the water distribution system.
