City of Buffalo issued the following announcement on Aug. 15.
Monday, August 17
Time: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Where: Buffalo Presbyterian Church
Each of the 17 artists will show off their art from the back of our cars. If someone wants to make a purchase, they will be asked to text the seller and wear a mask if they get out of their car.
