City of Rockford issued the following announcement on Oct. 9.
Mark your calendars, we are five weeks out from Rocktoberfest IV! 4:00 p.m. Saturday, October 12th, 2019. This year's event will feature Shane Martin, Jesse Larson, GB Leighton and Chris Hawkey. This is a free concert to attend, and all proceeds from beer, food and wrist band sales help support the Rockford Fire Auxiliary, Rockford Historical Society and future Rocktoberfest events.
