Tom Emmer has represented Minnesota's 6th District in Congress since 2015 after serving in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 2005 to 2011. Born in South Bend, Indiana in 1961, Emmer currently resides in Delano and holds degrees from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks and William Mitchell College of Law.
