Walter Hudson, a Minnesota state representative, shared a series of posts on September 22, 2025, discussing his anticipated attendance at a University of Minnesota event hosted by Turning Point USA (TPUSA), reflections on Christian faith, and commentary on public apologies involving media figures.

In his first post, Hudson suggested he might attend the TPUSA event at the University of Minnesota. He wrote, "I can't yet confirm, but have reason to believe you may run into me at the U of M @TPUSA event. Like Charlie, I'm not about to walk in fear." This statement referenced both his possible appearance and an attitude of defiance against fear.

Later that morning, Hudson elaborated on his perspective regarding religious rhetoric and personal conviction. In a follow-up message posted at 11:54 AM UTC, he stated: "I may flesh this out later. But here are a couple reasons why this doesn't alarm me. Christians talk this way too. Every knee shall bow. Every tongue confess. As a Christian, I have faith that we win. A distinction must be made between devout evangelism and aggression."

Shortly after noon, Hudson commented on an exchange involving Senator Tim Kaine and television personalities Brian Kilmeade and Jimmy Kimmel. At 12:07 PM UTC he posted: "Yeah. That's a self-own, @timkaine . See. Kilmeade apologized. Not only did Kimmel not. He defied his bosses' requirement to do so and said he was going to double down on a known lie and publicly disparage them. ... Gotta tell ya. You're really bad at this."

Hudson has represented District 30A in the Minnesota House since 2023 and is known for engaging with conservative organizations such as Turning Point USA.
