City of Delano issued the following announcement on Nov. 10.
The Delano Motor Vehicle office will be closed from Wednesday, November 11 to Friday, November 13 (as well all other License Bureaus/DMVs throughout Minnesota) as part of a mandatory shutdown as the state replaces the MNLARS license registration software with the new MNDRIVE system. Hours will resume Monday, November 16
