City of Albertville issued the following announcement.
Parking is prohibited on any city street between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. beginning November 1st until April 1st. This applies to all weather conditions. All vehicles should
refrain from parking on City streets after a snowfall until the streets are cleared.
