City of Albertville issued the following announcement on Nov. 11.
Ben Derbis, ‘The Coat Drive Kid,’ will be once again collecting winter coats for the Salvation Army this year. New and/or gently used coats are needed as well as other winter accessories such as mittens, scarves, etc. Donations will be accepted this year throughNovember 20, 2019:

• Coborn’s
• Millennium Dance
• FYCC Office
