Wright County Sheriff’s Office releases arrest report for week ending March 30

The Wright County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly arrest report on March 30, detailing arrests made between March 23 and March 29. The report lists a range of charges including driving while intoxicated, controlled substance violations, domestic assault, and outstanding warrants.

The weekly arrest summary provides transparency about law enforcement activity in the county and informs residents about recent incidents involving public safety. It covers various communities within Wright County as well as related actions in neighboring counties.

According to the sheriff’s office, notable arrests include Jessica Larraine Helgerson of Waverly for second-degree DWI; Courtney Lynn Olson of Prior Lake for fifth-degree controlled substance; Matthew Earl Potter of Annandale for second-degree controlled substance; Alec Joseph Soderquist of Buffalo for domestic assault; and Michael James Wick of Maple Plain on a warrant for third-degree DWI. Several other individuals were arrested throughout the week on similar charges or outstanding warrants from Wright County and other jurisdictions.

Traffic-related incidents also featured prominently in the report. There were a total of 15 property damage accidents, four personal injury accidents, three hit-and-run accidents, and three car-deer collisions reported during this period. Law enforcement recorded thirteen arrests related to driving while intoxicated (DWI), eight school bus stop arm violations, and issued 110 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations.

The sheriff’s office did not report any underage consumption arrests this week but noted ongoing efforts to enforce traffic laws and respond to various offenses across the county.
