On November 5, 2025, Emmer posted: "While the Democrats have been busy playing politics with people’s lives, @POTUS has been hard at work delivering on the mandate 77 million Americans gave him one year ago TODAY."
The following day, he referenced a Bloomberg headline in another post dated November 6, 2025: "Bloomberg: Minnesota Is Becoming the Land of 10,000 Frauds https://t.co/WTWSzCry9Y"
Later that same day, Emmer continued his criticism of Democratic economic policies by stating: "Democrats claim they want to make life more affordable for hardworking Americans, but every time they’ve been in power, they’ve done the exact opposite."
Emmer has represented Minnesota's 6th District in Congress since succeeding Michele Bachmann in 2015. Before serving in Congress, he was a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives from 2005 to 2011. Born in South Bend, Indiana in 1961 and currently residing in Delano at age 62, Emmer holds a BA from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks and a JD from William Mitchell College of Law.
