Tom Emmer, U.S. Congressman representing Minnesota’s 6th district since 2015, used his social media platform to share messages related to the 2025 elections and local political races.
On November 3, 2025, Emmer posted a message directed at the president: "Thank you, Mr. President!!!" On Election Day, November 4, he encouraged Wright County residents to participate in voting: "Wright County: it’s Election Day! Get out and vote for Republican @MichaelH_MN to be our next State Senator for SD29! " Later that day, Emmer commented on state politics by referencing another candidate: "This is what happens when you put criminals first & what a vote for Omar Fateh looks like! Choose SANITY on your ballot today!"
Emmer has represented Minnesota's 6th District in Congress since succeeding Michele Bachmann in 2015. Prior to his tenure in Congress, he served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 2005 to 2011. Born in South Bend, Indiana in 1961 and currently residing in Delano, Emmer holds a BA from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks and a JD from William Mitchell College of Law.
