Walter Hudson, a Minnesota state representative, posted a series of statements on September 12, 2025, regarding political divisions and reactions to violence in the United States.

In his first post at 16:43 UTC, Hudson commented on the reaction to an alleged incident involving Robbinson. He wrote, "Good luck with that narrative. Even if it were demonstrably true that Robbinson was by some measure 'right wing,' the cat's already out of the bag via the Left's reaction. You can't somehow blame the right while celebrating the murder. Absolute insanity."

Four minutes later, at 16:47 UTC, Hudson addressed claims about creating divisions between groups. He stated, "I did not create the distinction. 'Us' and 'them' was created by those who encourage, engage in, and celebrate the murder of Americans. I merely notice, and act accordingly. It would be profoundly cowardly, irresponsible, and stupid to not acknowledge a declared enemy."

At 16:55 UTC on the same day, Hudson further expressed his stance on responsibility and action. He posted, "There's no unseeing it now. And the responsibility to act is unavoidable. It's a duty. We must prosecute, defund, and salt the earth of leftist institutions."

Hudson serves as a Republican member of the Minnesota House of Representatives for District 30A.
