City of Hanover issued the following announcement on Sept. 15.
The reconstruction of 15th Street will be starting soon and that means 15th Street will be closed from September 28th through October 16th weather permitting. Residents adjacent to 15th Street will be receiving information about the project. Residents will start seeing signage this week. The truck route will be River Road to 5th Street.
