City of Buffalo issued the following announcement on Aug. 26.
Now seems like a good time for a reminder to see if your Sump Pump is installed correctly.
Sump pump discharge lines need to discharge the water outside of your home and not into the sanitary sewer system.
Please check out this flyer for how to install your sump pump and for a look at the City Ordinance regarding sump pumps.
