City of Hanover issued the following announcement on April 17.
The Hanover Lions will be awarding four individual scholarships for post secondary educational expenses. Applicants being considered will have attended Hanover Elementary School or Salem Elementary or currently live within five miles of Hanover City Hall.
Applications are due by May 1, 2020, and recipients will be notified by May 15, 2020. Send completed applications to the Hanover Lions Club, PO Box 43, Hanover, MN 55341 or email it to bsinc1957@gmail.com.
The scholarship recipient must provide a copy of a paid tuition bill to the Hanover Lions Club. Upon receipt a check will be issued for the scholarship amount.
