City of Buffalo issued the following announcement on Feb. 4.
Wright County Sheriff's office gave the OK to Buffalo Chamber of Commerce president Sue Olmscheid for the Kites on Ice Festival to proceed with 17" of ice on Buffalo Lake.
The event is this Saturday, February 8 from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
