City of Delano issued the following announcement on Jan. 18.
Due to traffic advisory and overall poor driving conditions, Delano Wine & Spirits will close at 8 pm tonight. Please be safe out there. We will open at 8 am tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience but we want our staff to make it home safe.
