Washington, D.C. – On May 25, Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06) issued the following statement:

“Another casualty of this year’s state legislative session? First Amendment freedoms. Governor Walz is now going after religious colleges and universities like Crown College in Saint Bonifacius. By stripping these schools’ ability to provide free on-campus college credits to high school students, kids and families across Minnesota will suffer. We will not sit on the sidelines while radicals in Saint Paul try to take away our religious freedoms and educational opportunities.”
